Cafeteria
People wishing to dine in the cafeteria should plan to pay for their meals in the cafeteria. Meal tickets for Sabbath may be purchased throughout the week during mealtimes; meals cannot be purchased on Sabbath.
Breakfast
$12 for anyone ages 11 and up
Kids ages 3–10 are $6 and kids 2 and under eat free
Lunch & Supper
$14 for anyone ages 11 and up
Kids ages 3–10 are $7 and kids 2 and under eat free

Sabbath Potluck
Sabbath lunch will be served immediately following the morning church service. Please note Sabbath lunch is a potluck, so everyone is encouraged to bring salads, breads, drinks, and desserts. The main course, provided by Maplewood Academy, will be haystacks. The cafeteria will also provide table service and water. Please note there are no refrigeration services available.
General Information
Care of Rooms & Grounds
Please assist us in keeping the rooms and grounds clean and tidy. Place all refuse in receptacles provided. Before leaving, clean room and/or campsite.

Courtesy
Please set cell phones to silent during all meetings.
​
Check-In
Please check-in with one of the Location staff members in the Business Office of the Administration Building for dormitory rooms or Northwoods Campsites.

Displays & Booths
Be sure to visit the informational booths located in the lobby and hallway of the Administration building.
​
Fires
Cooking fires are permitted only in designated fire pits located beyond the second set of restrooms in the Northwoods. All other fires are prohibited.
​
First Aid
The Locating Office personnel will assist those in need of medical attention.
​
Gift Planning & Trust Services
Please visit Room #104 to sign up for an appointment, or visit the booth located in the lobby of the Administration Building.

Laundry Facilities
There are coin-operated washers and dryers located in the lower level of both dormitories.
​
Live Streaming
Most of the meetings in the auditorium will be livestreamed over the internet. Access at youtube.com/user/minnesotaconference.
​
No Cooking in Dorm Rooms
Cooking in dorm rooms is prohibited. The dormitory electrical systems are not equipped for this. Hot plates, microwaves, electric frying pans/grills, etc. are not allowed. They pose a fire hazard. Tripped circuit breakers are an inconvenience to all.

Northwoods
For those staying in the Northwoods, please check in at the Locating office.
Parental Supervision
Children are welcome, and lots of special meetings have been planned for their enjoyment. Parents are requested to give careful supervision to children and youth. In no case is any room, tent or camper to be occupied by anyone under 18 years of age without supervision.

Parking
Please park only in provided parking spots. Parking by the cafeteria is prohibited. Handicapped parking may be available, see the Locating Office for more information.
​
Pets
No pets allowed in dorms on anywhere on campus. A list of kennels can be obtained from the Locating Office.
​
Quiet Hours
A large attendance is expected. Please remember to extend every courtesy to friends and neighbors by observing quiet time between 10:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.

Recreational Equipment
No roller skates, skateboards, in-line skates, scooters, bicycles, etc. are allowed on campus. Bicycles are allowed only in Northwoods.

Unauthorized solicitation or selling and promotion of any product is prohibited.

In case of severe weather, please follow instructions carefully. All divisions and departments will be directed to safe locations, so please wait until the storm has passed to find your children or to check your campsite.
